Daily 8.30 A.M. - 10.00 P.M.

The Multi-Purpose Room offers a wide range of recreational activities for our Members, their families and Members' Guests. All year round programmes including Ballet, Gymnastics and Aerobics, Pilates, Dancing Classes for Adults are offered to meet different recreational needs.

The room turns into a Table Tennis Centre outside the planned programme hours.

Dress Code

  • A reasonable standard of sports attire or other clean sportswear is required at all times.
  • Sports shoes with non-marking soles must be worn at all times.

Body Sculpt with Dori

Friday 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m.

A one-hour fun class to music, offering a safe, efficient workout with the emphasis on muscle conditioning - giving strength, stamina, shape and tone. This workout can be adapted to all fitness levels and is suitable for both men and women.

Cardio Kick Fit with Karen

Tuesday 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. 

Cardio Kick Fit is a fun, non-contact, aerobic-style exercise class performed to popular high-energy music. It does not use punch bags or boxing gloves, but it is a great fitness workout. The exercises involve boxing punches using hand weights, as well as kicking movements. It will firm your whole body and improve your overall fitness. Cardio Kick Fit is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics, performed rhythmically to music. Your cardiovascular system will benefit from the exercise as it is a great aerobic workout. Cardio Kick Fit is also a great way to relieve stress.

Pilates with Jun

Pilates is a popular mind-body exercise, and is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body. Focusing on stretching and core strength training, it can help you to tone your body, increase flexibility, enhance muscle endurance and improve posture.

Whole Body Circuit with Karen

Thursday 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.

This whole body circuit is a great choice if you want a fast, challenging workout with little equipment. Each circuit will include compound, whole-body movements that target multiple muscles at the same time. To keep the intensity up, we will move quickly between exercises and repeat each circuit.

Yoga for Everyone with Nancy

Tuesday 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 p.m. and Friday 10:30 a.m. 11:30 p.m.

Flexibility is the cornerstone of longevity in any sport & we often forget to stretch or don’t know how to stretch. Prevent injuries and prepare the body for your sport of choice with this fun yoga for everyone. The strength and flexibility developed on the mat particularly in the core, quads, hamstrings, and hip flexors will help you train more efficiently and stay injury free. Swimmers, runners, cyclists, golfers, in fact, any athlete will benefit from this class. Different breathing techniques and meditation are incorporated in the class to relax your body and mind, improve your fitness and enhance flexibility.

Recover | Stretch | Mobilise

Monday 7:30 p.m. – 8:15 p.m.              In Sports Hall

It is common for many of us to ‘work out’ and exert our bodies through exercise and sport. It is not as common for us to ‘work in’, prioritise recovery, restore and listen to our body. In this restorative programme, we slow down the pace and focus on recalibrating and listening to our bodies.
